CISCO ATA 186 Issue - CiscoHQ

Dear All,
Any one can help on my following issues?

We are always facing send and receiving FAX on our Cisco ATA 186, if we reset the ATA then it works, then again the problem repeats. It seems that there is no Bandwidth issue.
For this issue we install the latest service patch 4-2-3 Sr4a, will it make any improvement?

I am looking forward your comments on it.

ramforu,

there is some parameters you can configure on your ATA to use FAX with it.
Also there is know problem with FAX that transmit with low speeds.
